You can place your Catalog orders directly online or by telephoning us toll-free at 1-877-232-3775 at our New York City store.

Online: Use our shopping cart to buy your catalog, special sales and other items directly onsite where advanced encryption technology will secure your order and credit card information. The data will be transmitted directly to us electronically, decoded and your order processed. Each order will be confirmed upon receipt.

Telephone: Purchase your catalog and/or beads and supplies from the catalog by telephoning your order/credit card information to us toll-free at 1-877-232-3775. Telephone orders should be placed Monday through Friday between 11:30 am and 6 pm EST.

Shipping: All orders within the 50 US states will be shipped within 2 business days by UPS Standard Delivery (Ground). For an added fee, orders can be shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air. For orders outside the United States, contact us for shipping rates.

Merchandise Availability:

Because we specialize in rare and vintage glass beads and handmade sterling silver from India and Indonesia, we could be temporarily, or even permanently, out of stock on certain items. Should this occur, we will make every effort to assist you in selecting the most appropriate substitute.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise within 10 days of receipt and, if the return is not damaged, it will be credited toward your next purchase or refunded. Please call us first for a return authorization and send a copy of your order confirmation to with your return to ensure you receive the proper credit or refund. Please pack all returned items well to avoid damage.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When paying by credit card, please supply all pertinent information on your secure shopping cart order form. On telephone orders, be sure to include your credit card number, expiration date and home and ship to addresses. New York Residents will have 8.25% sales tax added to their purchases.

When paying by check, your name must be imprinted on the check. Starter checks are not accepted. There is a $20 fee for returned checks.

Volume Discounts:

The larger your order from the Catalog, the more you save -- up to 30% on most bead purchases (excluding tax and shipping) per the scale below:

$50-100=10% off; $101-200=15%; $201-300=20%;
$301-1000=25%; Over $1000=30%

30% discount if you buy 144 (1 gross) of a particular bead
